W.A.V.E. Sound Reinforcement - PA System

We have over 2 decades experience providing natural sounding amplification for acoustic and folk performers in both indoor and outdoor settings. Some of the renown performers we have provided sound for include John McCutcheon, Norman & Nancy Blake, Chris Proctor, Bryan Bowers, Mike Seeger, Roy Book Binder, Steve James, Isla, Nightingale, Pierce Pettis, Kodac Harrison, the Critten Hollow Stringband, Helicon, Scartaglen, and others.

We attempt to fill a niche for the needs of small to medium sized acts that feature acoustic instruments and/or vocals. You won't find us doing sound at a Metallica concert (unless they decide to go for an "unplugged" session).

Our rates are reasonable and reflect an appreciation for natural sounding performances that bring out the character of the instruments and the artist's finesse. Typically we only use a slight addition of reverb or compression in the mix.
